Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Important Notice
1. The Platform
Online Marketplace: The Platform is an online web- and app-based two-sided marketplace which enables connections between Clients and Contractors.
Users: "Clients" (also referred to as "Homeowners") are individuals and/or businesses seeking to obtain services ("Tasks"), and "Contractors" are businesses seeking to perform Tasks for Clients. Clients and Contractors are referred to together as "Users."
Contractor Independence: Contractors are independent business owners providing services under their own name or business name, using their own tools and supplies. Contractors are independent contractors of Clients. Clients are therefore clients of Contractors, not Snapbid.
Snapbid's Role: The Platform is not an employment agency service or business, and Snapbid is not an employer of any User. Users are not employees, partners, representatives, agents, joint venturers, independent contractors, or franchisees of Snapbid. Snapbid does not perform Tasks, does not employ individuals to perform Tasks, and does not supervise, direct, or control Contractors' work in any manner.
2. User Representations and Warranties
In your access to and use of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are otherwise capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- Will act professionally and responsibly in your interactions with other Users and fulfill all commitments made through the Platform.
- Will comply with all applicable local, state, national, or international laws in your use of the Platform.
Additional Contractor Representations: If you are a Contractor, you additionally represent and warrant that you:
- Are operating as a sole proprietor, partnership, LLC, LLP, corporation, or other lawful business entity.
- Have the unrestricted right to work in the jurisdiction in which you perform Tasks.
- Hold and will maintain (at your own expense) all licenses, permits, and registrations required by applicable law.
- Carry and will maintain all insurance required to operate your business and perform Tasks, including general liability insurance.
3. Account and Engagements
Background Checks: All Contractors are required to complete a criminal background check powered by Checkr.com as a mandatory part of the registration and approval process. By signing up as a Contractor, you consent to undergo this background check. Contractors who do not pass the background check will not be approved to use the Platform.
Service Agreements: Once a Task is scheduled via the Platform by the Contractor, the Client and Contractor form a legally binding contract for the Task, known as the "Service Agreement." Snapbid is not a party to any Service Agreement.
User Disputes: Any disputes regarding the quality of services provided, incomplete Tasks, or property damage are strictly between the Client and the Contractor. Because Snapbid is not a party to the Service Agreement, Snapbid is not responsible for resolving, mediating, or facilitating resolution of any disputes between Users. Clients must address any claims for property damage or subpar work directly with the Contractor they hired and/or the Contractor's insurance provider.
Contractor Assistants: Where approved in advance by the Client, Contractors may engage assistants, helpers, or subcontractors to perform all or any part of a Task. The Contractor assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of all such individuals used in the performance of Tasks.
4. Homeowner Payment Obligations
Two-Stage Payment Structure
All Tasks booked through the Platform are paid in two stages: (a) a deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the accepted bid amount (the "Deposit"), charged to the Homeowner's payment method at the time the Homeowner accepts the Contractor's bid; and (b) the remaining ninety percent (90%) of the accepted bid amount (the "Balance"), charged to the Homeowner's payment method upon documented completion of the Task. By accepting a bid, the Homeowner authorizes the Contractor (acting as merchant of record through Stripe) and Snapbid (as payment facilitator) to charge both the Deposit and the Balance to the payment method on file in accordance with this Agreement.
Merchant of Record; Stripe Standard Connect
All charges are processed through the Contractor's Stripe Standard Connect account. The Contractor is the merchant of record for all charges, and funds settle directly into the Contractor's Stripe account. Snapbid is a marketplace and payment facilitator only and does not take custody of, or hold, Homeowner or Contractor funds.
Binding Obligation to Pay Full Bid Amount
By accepting a bid through the Platform, the Homeowner enters into a binding contractual obligation to pay the full accepted bid amount to the Contractor, consisting of the Deposit and the Balance, in accordance with the schedule above. The Homeowner acknowledges and agrees that the accepted bid amount is fixed and shall not be reduced, renegotiated, or withheld except as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including Section 7 on-site price adjustments mutually agreed in writing through the Platform, the Homeowner Cancellation Schedule below, or a Snapbid determination under Section 8).
Deposit Charged Immediately to Contractor
The Deposit is charged immediately upon bid acceptance and settles directly into the Contractor's connected Stripe account, less Snapbid's platform fee equal to five percent (5%) of the accepted bid amount (the "Platform Fee"), which is collected by Snapbid as an application fee on each charge. The Contractor acknowledges that the Platform Fee is fully earned by Snapbid upon each charge.
Homeowner Cancellation Schedule
Homeowner-initiated cancellations shall be handled as follows:
(a) Cancellations before work has commenced. The Homeowner may cancel a Task at any time before the Contractor has commenced work and shall receive a full refund of the Deposit. Because the Contractor is the merchant of record, the refund is issued from the Contractor's Stripe balance. The Platform Fee is fully earned by Snapbid upon the original charge and is not refunded.
(b) Cancellations after work has commenced. If the Homeowner cancels after the Contractor has commenced work, the Contractor shall, through the Platform, document the work performed up to the point of cancellation, including photographs, materials used, time on site, and any other supporting evidence. The amount owed to the Contractor shall be pro-rated based on the documented percentage of work performed at the time of cancellation, as determined by the Snapbid Support Team in its sole and absolute discretion. Snapbid's determination shall be final and binding on both parties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any refund owed to the Homeowner shall be issued from the Contractor's Stripe balance.
The Homeowner authorizes the Contractor and Snapbid to charge, debit, or otherwise reconcile the Homeowner's payment method to give effect to this Cancellation Schedule, including processing full or partial refunds as appropriate. There is no separate cancellation fee.
What Constitutes Documented Completion
A Task shall be deemed completed and documented, and the Balance shall become immediately due and payable, when any of the following conditions are met:
- The Contractor submits photographic or video evidence of completed work through the Platform, and the Homeowner confirms acceptance through the Platform;
- The Homeowner fails to submit a formal Dispute within twenty-four (24) hours of the Contractor marking the Task as complete on the Platform (the "Review Window"), after which the Balance is automatically charged; or
- Snapbid reviews submitted evidence and determines, in its sole discretion, that the work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the scope of the original bid.
No Withholding After Documented Completion
Homeowners expressly agree that once a Task has been deemed completed and documented as described above, they may not withhold, dispute, reverse, or otherwise refuse payment of the Balance or any portion of the accepted bid amount. The Homeowner expressly authorizes the Contractor (via Stripe) and Snapbid to charge the Balance to the payment method on file upon documented completion. Any attempt to withhold or reverse payment may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Homeowner's account;
- Snapbid and/or the Contractor pursuing all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount, including the Balance, the Platform Fee, collection costs, and associated legal fees; and
- A permanent ban from the Snapbid platform.
Failed Balance Payment
If the Homeowner's payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise fails to process the Balance upon documented completion, the Homeowner shall remain personally liable for the full Balance plus any reasonable collection costs. Snapbid and/or the Contractor may, at their sole discretion, retry the charge, request an alternate payment method, or refer the unpaid amount to a collection agency or legal counsel.
Partial Completion
If a Task is only partially completed due to mutual written agreement between the Homeowner and Contractor through the Platform, payment shall be negotiated directly between the parties based on the documented percentage of work completed. If no agreement is reached, Snapbid's Dispute Resolution process (Section 8) shall govern, and Snapbid's determination of the appropriate partial payment shall be final and binding on both parties.
5. Contractor Obligations and Job Completion
Binding Commitment to Complete
By submitting and having a bid accepted through the Platform, the Contractor enters into a binding contractual obligation to complete the Task as described in the original job posting and accepted bid. Failure to complete the job — whether through abandonment, refusal, or otherwise — constitutes a material breach of the Service Agreement and these Terms and Conditions.
Bid Amount Is Fixed
The Contractor expressly agrees that the accepted bid amount represents the full and complete compensation for the Task as described in the original job posting, and that the Contractor shall complete the Task for the accepted bid amount. The Contractor shall not demand, charge, or attempt to collect from the Homeowner any additional amount beyond the accepted bid, except through a price adjustment request properly submitted and accepted in writing through the Platform pursuant to Section 7. Any side agreement, off-Platform invoice, or demand for additional payment outside the Platform's price-adjustment mechanism is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture of payouts, account suspension, and permanent ban from the Platform.
Acceptance of Platform Fee and Payment Schedule
By accepting a bid through the Platform, the Contractor expressly agrees to the payment structure set forth in Section 4, including (i) maintaining an active Stripe Standard Connect account in good standing, (ii) the deduction of the five percent (5%) Platform Fee as an application fee on each charge processed through the Contractor's connected Stripe account, (iii) the immediate charge of the Deposit upon bid acceptance, and (iv) the automatic charge of the Balance upon documented completion (after the 24-hour Review Window). The Contractor waives any claim against Snapbid for the Platform Fee, which is fully earned by Snapbid upon each charge.
Forfeiture of Full Project Cost
In the event of confirmed job abandonment or material failure to complete a Task, the Contractor expressly agrees to the following consequences:
- The Contractor forfeits the right to any and all compensation for the project, including amounts already paid and any amounts not yet disbursed, regardless of the stage of completion at the time of abandonment.
- Snapbid is authorized to reverse, refund, or debit charges from the Contractor's connected Stripe account to recover any refunded deposits, platform fees, and associated processing costs, and the Contractor authorizes such reversals via the Stripe Connect platform agreement.
- The Contractor shall be liable for any additional reasonable costs incurred by the Homeowner as a direct result of the abandonment, including but not limited to costs of hiring a replacement contractor, emergency repairs, and documented out-of-pocket expenses.
- Snapbid may withhold future earnings from other active jobs on the Platform until all outstanding balances are fully recovered.
Definition of Job Abandonment
For the purposes of this Agreement, a job shall be deemed "abandoned" if any of the following conditions are met:
- The Contractor fails to arrive at the job site on the mutually agreed-upon scheduled start date without prior notice to the Homeowner or Snapbid.
- The Contractor ceases work on an active job without mutual written agreement from the Homeowner for a period of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours.
- The Contractor becomes entirely unresponsive to communications from both the Homeowner and Snapbid for a period of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours during an active job.
A determination of abandonment shall be made by Snapbid in its sole discretion based on available platform data, including but not limited to messaging records, job status updates, and evidence submitted by both parties.
Contractor Penalties for Confirmed Abandonment
- First Offense: Immediate suspension from the Platform pending review, forfeiture and reversal of all payouts for the abandoned job, and a formal warning.
- Second Offense: Permanent ban from the Snapbid platform and forfeiture and reversal of all associated payouts.
Snapbid reserves the right to permanently ban any Contractor from the Platform at any time for confirmed abandonment, fraud, or repeated violations of this Agreement, at Snapbid's sole discretion.
6. Snapbid Not Liable for Contractor Work
Platform-Only Role: Snapbid is solely a technology platform that facilitates connections and payment processing between Homeowners and independent Contractors. Snapbid is not a party to the Service Agreement formed between a Homeowner and a Contractor, does not supervise, direct, or control Contractor work, and makes no representations regarding the quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or outcome of any services performed.
Independent Contractor Relationship: Contractors are independent businesses operating on their own behalf. No Contractor is an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or representative of Snapbid, and no Contractor has authority to bind Snapbid in any way. Nothing in this Agreement or in any communication, listing, or activity on the Platform creates an agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Snapbid and any Contractor or Homeowner.
Payments and Merchant of Record: Snapbid is not the merchant of record for any transaction between a Homeowner and a Contractor. All payments are processed through Stripe directly to the Contractor, who is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for the underlying transaction, including delivery of services, refunds, sales tax collection and remittance, and compliance with applicable tax and consumer protection laws. Snapbid does not hold, control, or have access to funds paid to Contractors beyond its own platform fees. Any payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, billing errors, or related issues must be resolved directly between the Homeowner and the Contractor and/or through Stripe's dispute resolution process. Contractors are solely responsible for managing chargebacks and any associated fees or losses.
Limited Verification by Snapbid: Snapbid requires each Contractor to (i) pass a criminal background check administered by Checkr, Inc. as a condition of approval to use the Platform, and (ii) maintain a Stripe Standard Connect account, which subjects the Contractor to Stripe's identity verification (KYC) and underwriting requirements. These checks are limited in scope and do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty by Snapbid of any Contractor's identity, qualifications, skill, honesty, fitness for any particular Task, licensing, insurance, or work quality. Background checks reflect available records as of the date performed and may not detect all relevant history. Stripe's identity verification is performed for payment processing and anti-fraud purposes and is not a vetting of the Contractor's trade competence.
No Other Vetting or Verification: Beyond the limited verifications described above, Snapbid does not perform license verification, insurance verification, reference checks, skills assessments, or any other vetting of Contractors, except as may be expressly stated elsewhere on the Platform. While Contractors are required to represent that they maintain all licenses and insurance required by applicable law, Snapbid does not independently verify these representations and does not provide liability insurance, workers' compensation, performance bonds, or any guarantee regarding any Contractor or the work they perform.
Homeowner Verification Obligations: Before authorizing any work to begin, Homeowners are responsible for independently verifying a Contractor's licensing, insurance coverage, qualifications, references, and suitability for the project. Snapbid provides no guarantee that any Contractor is licensed, insured, qualified, available, or fit for any particular type of work.
Express Disclaimer of Liability for Contractor Services
BY USING THE PLATFORM TO IDENTIFY OR CONNECT WITH A CONTRACTOR, HOMEOWNERS AND CONTRACTORS EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- Snapbid is not responsible or liable for any property damage, personal injury, death, financial loss, defective work, incomplete work, delay, theft, or any other harm — whether to a User or to any third party — arising out of or related to work performed by, communications with, or conduct of a Contractor or Homeowner connected through the Platform.
- Any dispute regarding Contractor services — including poor workmanship, property damage, billing disputes, scope disagreements, or failure to complete work — must be resolved directly between the Homeowner and the Contractor and/or the Contractor's insurance provider. Snapbid has no obligation to investigate, mediate, or intervene in any such dispute, though it may do so in its sole discretion without assuming any liability.
- Snapbid is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures of Contractor performance caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, permitting issues, or other circumstances beyond Snapbid's reasonable control.
AS IS Disclaimer of Warranties
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPBID BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PLATFORM, OR ANY CONTRACTOR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF SNAPBID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- SNAPBID'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY USER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL PLATFORM FEES PAID BY THAT USER TO SNAPBID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
- THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Tax Responsibility
Contractors are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes associated with their services, including sales tax, use tax, and income tax. Snapbid's tax reporting obligations, if any, relate solely to its own platform fees, not to Contractor revenue.
7. On-Site Price Adjustments
Discovery of Unlisted Conditions: Contractors acknowledge and agree that upon arriving at a job site, they may discover conditions, damage, or scope requirements that were not disclosed, listed, or photographed by the Homeowner in the original job posting. In such cases, the Contractor may submit a price adjustment request through the Platform to reflect the additional work or materials required.
Homeowner's Right to Accept or Decline: Upon receiving a price adjustment request, the Homeowner has twenty-four (24) hours to accept or decline the revised price. If the Homeowner declines the price adjustment, or fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, the job will be cancelled and a full refund of the original bid amount will be processed to the Homeowner. Where the Deposit has already been released to the Contractor at the time of cancellation under this Section 7, the Contractor expressly authorizes Snapbid to reverse the Deposit transfer and to debit the Contractor's connected account or linked bank account in the amount of the Deposit (excluding the Platform Fee, which Snapbid retains) to fund the Homeowner's refund.
No Liability for Contractor Expenses Upon Cancellation: Contractors expressly agree that neither the Homeowner nor Snapbid shall be held liable for any expenses, costs, travel fees, materials purchased, labor performed, or any other losses incurred by the Contractor up to and including the point of cancellation due to a declined price adjustment. By using the Platform, Contractors accept this inherent risk and waive all claims against the Homeowner and Snapbid for reimbursement of such expenses.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Internal Dispute Process: If a Homeowner believes a job has been abandoned or that a Contractor has materially failed to perform the agreed-upon Task, the Homeowner must initiate a formal Dispute through the Snapbid platform within three (3) calendar days of the suspected abandonment or breach.
Upon receipt of a Dispute, Snapbid will:
- Freeze the job status and suspend any pending payouts to the Contractor.
- Attempt to contact the Contractor and request a response within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Require both parties to submit evidence through the Platform, including photographs, messages, receipts, and written statements.
Snapbid retains the sole right to review submitted evidence, evaluate circumstances, and render a final determination as to whether abandonment or material breach has occurred. The decision of Snapbid shall be binding on both parties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Contractors who fail to respond to a Dispute within the forty-eight (48) hour window may have the Dispute resolved in favor of the Homeowner by default.

Class Action Waiver
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Platform Provided "As Is"
No Liability for Physical Harm or Property Damage
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snapbid shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage (including but not limited to damage to floors, walls, fixtures, or personal belongings), theft, or death that occurs during or as a result of a Task performed by a Contractor.
Limitation of Liability
Indemnification
Clients and Contractors shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapbid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) their use of the Platform; (b) breach of this Agreement; (c) violation of any law; or (d) violation of the rights of any User or third party.
10. Snapbid Happiness Pledge
The Snapbid Happiness Pledge (the "Pledge") is a voluntary customer support resolution tool designed to assist Users when certain issues arise during a Task. The Pledge is not an insurance policy, does not create any legal obligation on the part of Snapbid, and does not in any way constitute an admission of liability by Snapbid. Any compensation offered under this Pledge is provided solely at Snapbid's sole and absolute discretion.
Coverage and Limits: If a User suffers a loss directly caused by a Service Provider's negligence or intentional misconduct during the performance of a Task booked through Snapbid.com, Snapbid may — at its sole discretion — compensate the User up to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,500 USD per occurrence. The Pledge may cover: Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Theft (theft requires a valid police report).
Secondary Coverage Requirement: The Snapbid Happiness Pledge functions as a secondary, last-resort means of compensation. If you carry primary personal insurance that would cover the incident, you are required to file a claim with your primary insurance provider first.
Excluded Losses: The following are NOT covered under the Pledge: Common Areas, Indirect or Consequential Damages, Pre-existing Conditions, Normal Wear and Tear, Failure to Supervise, Unauthorized Scope Changes, Hazardous Materials, and Acts of God.
11. Payment Clawback and Contractor Penalties
By registering as a Contractor on Snapbid and linking a bank account or payment method through Stripe Connect, the Contractor expressly authorizes Snapbid and its payment processor to take the following actions in the event of confirmed job abandonment, fraud, or breach of the Service Agreement:
- Reverse any payouts previously transferred to the Contractor's connected account, including any released Deposit funds.
- Debit the Contractor's linked bank account to recover refunded deposits, platform fees, and associated processing costs.
- Withhold future earnings from other jobs on the Platform until outstanding balances are fully recovered.
- Cancel any pending release of the Deposit and refund the Deposit to the Homeowner where the Contractor abandons the Task prior to the conclusion of the Escrow Period or where Snapbid otherwise determines a refund is warranted.
- Report confirmed fraud or repeated violations to applicable licensing boards or law enforcement agencies where appropriate.
12. Chargeback Policy
Homeowners agree to utilize Snapbid's internal Dispute Resolution process (Section 8) as the exclusive first remedy before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their credit card issuer, bank, or any third-party payment provider.
Homeowners who initiate a chargeback without first allowing Snapbid a reasonable opportunity to mediate and resolve the issue through the Platform may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
Fraudulent Chargebacks: If a Homeowner initiates a chargeback that Snapbid determines to be fraudulent — including chargebacks filed after work has been satisfactorily completed and documented through the Platform — the Homeowner's account will be permanently banned, and Snapbid reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover losses, including the chargeback amount, associated fees, and legal costs.
Allocation of Chargeback Losses: Payments are processed as separate charges through Stripe with subsequent transfers to Contractors via Stripe Connect. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a Homeowner, Snapbid is authorized to (i) reverse any corresponding transfer previously made to the Contractor's connected account, (ii) debit the Contractor's linked bank account to recover the chargeback amount, the associated chargeback processing fee (currently $15.00 per occurrence), and any related processing costs, and (iii) withhold future payouts to the Contractor until such amounts are fully recovered. Where the chargeback relates to work performed by the Contractor, the Contractor shall bear the full economic loss of the chargeback. Contractors agree to respond promptly to any chargeback notifications and to provide supporting evidence (including photographs, communications, and completion records) to Snapbid within forty-eight (48) hours of request to assist in disputing illegitimate claims.
13. Governing Law
For Users within the United States: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
For Users outside of the United States: English law shall govern, and any dispute regarding this Agreement or the use of the Platform will be dealt with exclusively by the English courts.
14. Text Message (SMS) Notifications
Snapbid offers SMS text notifications to allow Contractors to be promptly notified when new jobs are posted in their area.
Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly through the Support page at snapbid.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. For questions regarding how your information is used in connection with SMS notifications, please review our Privacy Policy.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Modifications to This Agreement
Snapbid reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Snapbid with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Snapbid's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Snapbid's prior written consent. Snapbid may assign its rights freely.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: This Agreement does not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
